New Employment Visa less than 2 years Ban

hey, my driver told me that he has a friend (also a driver, lets name him Mr. X). Mr. X cancelled his visa or had his vacation back to his country (india). But after 3 months, Mr. X was back here in Qatar under a new employer. According to Mr. X, he did not have any problem with his new employer. He was not asked for NOC. Mr. X has a new visa now in the sponsorship of the new employer.
Any inputs guys? do you know any similar case?

well, i also heard that now ban is 6 months. one of my friend told me that a labour has came after 6 months.

it's not possible before six months.... coz...if you cancel you can't come before six month ( before the preiod was 2 years). thank you.

Maybe I can clarify things as crystal. If its 2 years, then its 2 years.... No one's insisting....guess i am trying to get help, not to get myself ran over.... ....peace!...if i do get right answers, i will share it with all of you... thanks.
for me.. if Mr. X holds a working visa, then if they cancelled it,,no need for NOC to return to Qatar. but if Mr. X hold a residence permit, then Mr. X need an NOC form Mr. Y who is his sporsor.
Mr. X told to Mr. Y that X is coming back were what about Mr Y & Mr Z.no way man it is 2 yr only my frnd is working in Immigration Department he told me.
It is only something which Mr. X told to Mr. Y who passed the message to you. If I were you I would have asked Y to bring X so I can clarify the situation directly with X. There are so many stories like this. The Employer will not ask for the NOC, it will be the Immigration Department who will ask for it.
Oh, I did not notice that the driver is Indian (most probably it is the lungi news)
