NOC-is it true that come Oct 09, you don't need an NOC to change job.?

Lets just hope and pray that NOC is not that hard to ask from the employers, especially if you are currently employed by a very incompetent and unprofessional org. Who does not abide the labor laws of Qatar, because the part owner is too proud that his sponsor is one of the most influencial family in qatar.

They are doing that in Bahrain, sometime this year.

There were rumors a few years ago that it would happen in Doha... But yea .. they just stayed as rumors. Hopefully they'll learn from Bahrain.

Remove NOC, Never how would the masters try and keep control then?

Work conditions would be an issue then as if you dont like it you can move, Oh yeah like the Civilised world.

No. If the NOC system is ever removed or replaced, I'm sure we'll all know about it. But for now, there are no changes on the horizon.
