Hi, can anyone advice me on how this Quota for foreign workers work in Qatar? I keep getting the same reply from my HR saying that there is no quota for foreign workers but ended up many new staffs from either philippines and india? Is there any constraints in the employment of other nationality beside the above two mentioned?

There are quotas for each Company which are as per Nationality and gender. May be the quota for your Company to employ staff from your Nationality is over.
