SHOULD I MARRY....?

Hi, i'm a jamaican national..who has been living in Qatar on and off for about 10-12 years...i'm a Sales Executive here..with Harley Davidson, My mom is a teacher and has been here for about 14 years...

substance...i have been in a long term relationship for about 5 years with a lovely girl back home..whom i left to come here about 2 and a half months ago...she wont be able to come over until Late September as she is completing the final year of her degree...she also works at The Jamaica Mortgage Bank and has a wealth of experience,...we plan to settle for a while here together

Anyway...My question is....what is the best way to get her into the country(we are engaged btw)...should i try to get her a visit visa..and keep extending(flying back and forth from bahrain)..until she gets a job...OR..SHOULD I MARRY HER...?she has signed up to Jobs in Dubai and has already received several job offers..but due to what i explained will not be available until September...i pretty much know that she will not have a hard time getting a job...but i would love some advice as this is really important to me and i want to sort everything out early to avoid any last minute hitches or dissappointments..

Thank You

Shaun

You should get married first before bringing her over with visit visa status to avoid the questions of earning 5000 for a family visa. then let her get a job and voila! you have her here without difficulties.

Just keep dancing, it will do you good!

Hey mate, no need to worry she can come here on a visit visa, But if she gets a job here, then it wont be a problem, or on the other hand if you guys get married and if you are talking about family visa, well then the rule is that if you earn 5000+ Riyals/month, then you are eligible of getting a family visa. for more details or other info about visas check out www.moi.gov.qa, i think that site has more details, thou i didnt check it personally. But hope it helps you out. Good luck mate, wish u both a happy future togather :).
