What is the process of transferring labor card from my previous employer to a new one?

I am here in Qatar under the sponsorship of my husband and was able to work legally with a company by acquiring a labor card. I had already resigned from my work and had accepted a new job offer. My labor card is still valid until December 2009 but is still under the name of my previous company. What are the steps I have to do in order for me to transfer it to the new one?
