What's the time I should spend with one sponsorer to change my sponsorership?

Hi all!!!
I have been here in Qatar only for three months and is on RP. But the project I came to work for, will be completed in a months time. My present employer will give me a N-O-C when the project is completed. But is there any specific duration for which I have to work for a sponsorer befor I look for employment with another organization?
Please advice.

If you are a professional you can change after one year if you are non-professional catogory you can only change after 2 years, you can take 6 months release from your sponsor and can work outside and this letter you can avail again for another 6 months, after this period you can change your sponsorship.
