Weight Loss Group - New group on QL
We know how important it is to lose weight (only if you are over-weight!) and we also have a great desire to be fit. However, most of the weight loss programmes we make fail, not because we don’t want to do it. But for the reason that we are not determined enough.
This group is setup with the objective to motivate members to lose weight and become fit. This group will be used
a) as a platform to discuss and share ideas on how to achieve our weight loss goals as well as how to maintain the ideal weight.
b) to plan jog-walk programmes where members can meet up and walk or jog in a group. This will help in many ways such as it will make people more committed, motivated and determined and thus regular.
c) to monitor the progress of each member so that we become somewhat ‘answerable’.
