but if i buy the car with 55,000 and it didn't run yet and i wanna sell it .. i cannot sell it with the same price .. i have to reduce it to 40,000
though still ppl think that it might be fraud ..

Yeah be careful, these unlicensed cars come from UK and Europe. They will cheat your money..
