i have a bmw 523i model 2007 with 62000 KM , i think to sell last week & the highest offer i got was 72000 Qr.i advice you before you take this car to check whether it is still under warranty or not and take it to the agency to make a sure that there is no any technical problem which will not be visible to the normal car inpectors and make sure that the car is fully mentained in the agency and if not don't take it.most of people owning german cars here in gulf they always sell their cars after the expiry of the warranty and service pakage like me.take care vehicle regulary needs a good maintenence only in the agency which may be need some parts althought you may not feel that the car have a problem but you found that you have to spend too much money .most of electrical & mechanical failures  needs a set up after repairs which can't be done outside agency because the vehicle is fully computerized and full of sensors even in the coolant , tires , brakes ... etc and the agency gives a guarantee for repairs .you can go ahead if there is no accident history and the vehicle check is OK otherwise you'll suffer long time .hope my info is valued ...... GOOD LUCK !!!!
