Can you complain about a bad car service?
I took my car for a service at Toyota (not under warranty). I refused all repairs due to the high cost. Since getting it back there are problems such as a loud clunking noise from the back (shock absorber?), the car shudders when I brake, there's a smell of cat urine when I turn the AC on.
Is it possible to complain? How do I prove the problems weren't there before I took the car in?
Any advice gratefully received, thanks
thanks everyone...I guess I should've done a bit more research before buying Toyota here but you expect it to be good :(
unfortunately, the more I drive the car, the more I feel unsafe in it at the moment so I guess I'll have to take it to another garage to get it fixed properly
happy Honda/Nissan owning to all of you!
I understand your plight. This is why I went for Nissan and not Toyota.
Qatar has such low standards in customer service, that I dont even try sometimes. I cannot understand the mindset of these companies. Maybe they have too much business I suppose, and they dont care much for customers satisfaction.
yes my friend, I understood your feelings and the pain..
I do agree with the 3rd coment by Raki pricne. Go for a detailed complaint letter to Abulla Abulgani buy email and fax or a postal too... and you should cc to Toyotal customer service manager , Doha and to Toyota company - Japan. This is the reason all likes to go to Honda which they are very best in the area of customers satisfaction.
" All of these problem will away from you once you decise to have a Honda car "
Hi,
Of course you can complain, but you can be certain that they are not gonna do anything about it..
As you mentioned there is no way you can prove to them that the problems appeared only after the "service".. Sorry for the dampener, but as pointed out in the previous answer, the consumer here does not seem to have much of a voice....
