Hello Friends,
I have a simple doubt....Do it need to show or present the car in the traffic department during the car ownership transfer??? If in case the car is in service center for maintenance, still can do the ownership transfer OR not? I appreciate your valuable replies.

No need to show the car. You need to be present with the new owner, who needs to have an insurance certificate for the new car. Both you and the new owner need to have your Qatari IDs with u as well.
