Cheating at Toyota WRKSHP Indust Area : Consumer Protection URGENT!!!

Cheated at toyota workshop recently and i need your advice ? ? ?
I am really very disappointed
I gave my car for service and received a call from service advisor, it will cost around xyz(big) amount for fixing this problem, I was shocked the car was in a mint condition and he explained me various things then I agreed and said ok after taking the vehicle home again I faced the same problem and i went back to toyota and this time they asked me for another huge amount for fixing the same problem. I need to report this to consumer protection so any one can advise me in this if anyone of you have faced similar problem and what action should be taken.

After facing lot of trouble, any how I got the Managers number his name is Peter Murphy and I am going to call him tomorrow and lets see what he has to say on this. I have already spent 7,000QAR and now they are asking for another 7,600QAR for fixing the same problem which is shocking for me. The service Advisors name is Mena Morcos
and on service job card its mentioned Repeat complaint but still they are asking for money and even after cheating on top of that they are saying that we will give you 25% discount this time, they told me all this over phone which I never accepted and told them that I need to talk to your manager on this they are not at all ashamed and saying ok. Please advise me the next steps and also I don't have much idea about the Police and Consumer Protection here, how can I sort this out what all proofs should I gather before going forward?
oppsss i think its 260 instead of 160 ... im not sure ... but for sure waqood is best for oil change .. they do air filter cleaning + battery checkup for free with it ...

never take ur car to company ... they r thieves ... once i took it for regular maintenance ... oil change ... total cost was 700 something ... 450 was labour charge for 3 hours ... i said okay if u spend 3 hrs i will pay .. if u spend 30mins i will pay for 30mins ... & shop was about to close in 1 hr .. i say f***.. left Mitsubishi company .. goto waqood get oil change in just 20mins ... cost was 160 something for 4x4
My friends warned me against buying any automobile of this make when I am in Qatar and I took their advice. Thank goodness.
why dont your try to meet the manager at the service center. I think he is an Australian
service point of view is the worst company.

Hope you remember our last discussion regarding paint spots on my car glasses on last Saturday (4th July 2009) at your main reception, with your help I met Mr. Sayed and given the car for polishing and 15,000Km servicing on the same day. On Sunday I received car after completing the above jobs, later in the night I found that the problem on the glasses still exists. Again on last Monday (6th July 2009) I met Mr. Sayed (from accident section) and handed over the car to repeat the same job card number. Tuesday (7th July 2009) I got information from Workshop supervisor that these spots on the glasses are not of paint, but is the effect of sun , and I need to replace the all the glasses.
I used to park the car always under shaded parking, while I am in office or at house. In April 2009, I had given my car to replace the bumper. For this job I left the car for more than two weeks in Toyota workshop. When I took my car out from there I noticed these spots and body of the car as very hard. However, car body got smoothened after washing, but the spots on the glasses remained as it is. Next day I informed Mr Sayed about this and he told me to leave the car there again for re polishing. But I told him that I will contact him later when I come for next regular service.
Normally it could have been avoided, if you had parked the car under the direct sun with windows bringing little down. The problem has happened due to the air tightness inside, otherwise it may not have happened on all the glasses including side windows.
Currently I am unable to drive the car in the night because of this problem as the lights from opposite line gets scattered on my car front glass, even for changing the line I have to keep down both left/right windows because of the poor visibility through window glasses due to these spots.
Changing all the glasses on my own expenses is not possible for me otherwise I need to sell this car either outside or back Ms AAB
