Could any one help me regarding Full Insurance Claim Policy ?

Hi friends,

I'm facing a problem about my "Car accident insurance claim". Last week I parked my Car near Lulu Hyper Market and some vehicle hit on the front door. I don't know "which vehicle" done it. I came to know about it little later.I got the papers from Police dept.I have a full insurance policy for my vehicle. But my Insurance company saying that ,Since the "Vehicle" unknown to me, I should pay 30% of the total cost. Is it true? Can any one help me regarding "Full Insurance policy"

Mine was QIC ...???It was full insurance .

Hi ,

Insurance company have to waive off the 30 % charge if this is your first claim if you don’t have the information about the other party involved .They usually charge 30% after you signed an document with insurance company .
