deflating is standard practice ;)
i would like to get higher tires,.on a other set of rims,.so than better go for sand tires (there is a lot of that in qatar) ;) was my thougt

go to salwa road, many tyre shops have it there and they would replace your exisitng ones.
just deflate your existing tyres, it does the trick for most!
