Sorry For the late reply Mr. Newexpatqatar, I got licence too first attempt on Karwa only. But, nowadays we can't get easily;
Example, My brother unfortunately failed in first signal test (He is graduvated even he failed). Do you know the second test time ?????
it is more than a month (Next 27th of march 2015).
I'm Sure we will get the licence but you will have to wait minimum 6 months.
make sure to keep some extra money when attending driving lessons in driving school.....@#$%^&* is enough, your driving instructor will teach you the techniques for passing the tests.
Stay mountains and oceans away from Al Rayyah Driving School. I am doing my course there and there are the pit (expensive, chaotic, unprofessional, unwilling to teach, famous for low passing rate...).

United is by far the worst ..when i went there to book the direct test, they were giving me a date after one & a half months ..
I went to karwa & they scheduled me for a test in just 7 days .
If you give some respect, their staff is very friendly & co-operative.
They can give you quick subsequent test dates too, in case you fail.

I got mine through karwa on 1st attempt ...
Capacity wise they are the biggest in Qatar.
They are the cheapest amongst all
It's My Humble Request, you can go except KARWA. you choose united, Al kheesa like.. If you go through KARWA you will get licence but may be after 1 year you will get the licence.
