I'm thinking about buying a second hand car but from what I understood is very difficult to find one with full insurance as i want to have. Do you know if it's possible to buy a car with third part insurance and change it to full? Is it true that you can only do full insurance to cars until 2009 (5years)? Im looking for kia sportage/hyunday tucson (2010-2011), jeep wrangler (2007-2009) and Mitubishi nativa (2008) but I need to undestand if I am able to do full insurance in any of them.

You can call an insurance company /visit them , they will confirm you that they can offer comprehensive insurance up to which year model.

You can do full insurance on any old cars, you still see them on the road. In order to renew your Istimara, you need to have a valid insurance to do that. So no problems in insuring old car as long as they are mechanically drivable and checks out.
