are you a frequent visitor of the automobile ads in QL? have you encountered the one posting ads for 2008-2009 car models at a low price? e.g. 2009 Corolla XL --- Mileage 8,+++ --- QR 22,000.00 only. he or she only have an email as a contact info and is a hotmail address. i think i busted his phony business because he uses different account names here in QL but with similar email address patterns that's why. he asks for 50% downpayment for the car for it to be shipped here in Qatar since the car is in UK he said. how can i be sure he will deliver the car here or if i am not satisfied with the car itself? what if someone fell with this one hook, line , and sinker? hope the QL moderators or staff can address this one. thank you.
Take care and in the Uk the cars r right hand wheel, not working here, yes cars r v v cheap there, but take care, no downpayment at all unless with the agents.
Read the QL classified rules and advice. There's a "Flag to mods" button you can click if you think an ad is suspect.
Don't believe in such AD's. You can't buy a car unless you don't get to see one and bringing the car all the way from UK will have its own charges.
Its purly a scam to fool people
Never pay upfront to a overseas seller.
