I got my license last week just want to share my experience. I registered on June 2015 and got my license on Oct 2015. I didn't fail any exam or test. The only difficult thing i found was to pass the theory test where out of 20 questions we have get above 17. After passing the theory test (after 1.5 months) i had the L parking test. After passing the L parking (2 months) i faced the road test last week Thursday. After passing the road test go to the traffic office next to the karwa reception and pay QR 250 and get the license.

During your road test its important that do put indicator and look at the mirrors. When parking remember to put the indicator, hazard, parking gear and the hand brake likewise when you start to go adjust the seat, all mirrors, seat belt, start the engine, change gears and release your hand brake.

Good luck guys

Assuming you have to do a U-turn then put your car onto left side with indicators, when you reach 3/4 the round change your indicators to your right and go on to the right side of the road. All depends on the number of lanes and where you going to turn. The police officer will test your ability to take the U-turn, remember to look at the mirrors and put indicators, the police office will test your confidence and your awareness.
