hi i sold my car and i change my name also (registration) but i did not change its insurance b coz the person me sold not answerin his phone will it make promblem for me ?

nothing at all about you, but in case he made an accident insurance will not repair his car only as it's below to you. but nothing legal issue to you, forget about it :).
