My car was hit by another at qurnish , I got the police paper , please tell me whether i can go directly to
a garage or i should 1st go to insurance company . My car
is 3rd party insurance but the charges will be paid the
other car owner's insurance company . Please come with
the best advice.

The police paper should also give the name of the other party's insurance company. Go to that insurance company with the police report and your vehicle. They will take photos of your vehicle and give you the details of the garage where you can get your car repaired. You should not be paying anything for the repairs.
