i would like to get my car body repaired and painted by the insurance as its a full insurance. when i went to insurance they told me to get a police report file. what should i tell the police as some areas are having dent scratches and some areas just fading. i would like to have full body painted.how do i get this file from the police? where should i go? also pls tell me whats the time of the police to see this?

will the insurance company approve your claim!? coz this is not accident (color faded due to natural causes) so before doing anything make sure that the insurance will pay you the painting charges
