Hi Everyone. My Name is shaheen and I have a small problem. I will be very much obliged if anyone of you could help me out. Presently Im out of Qatar on vacation. I have been out since June 2012 and will be back only by November 2012.

Now let me come to the point. My car had been expired Since June 21, 2012 and I was mugged due to which i lost all my documents including my car istemara.

I would like to know what are the procedures to renew my istemara once i come bak to qatar.

all you assistance will be highly appreciated.

First. There is a panelty for not renewing. 500 QR But you can avoid that by showing the passport ( exit-entry stamp).

2nd. You can go to traffic dept and issue another istimara.

NO NEED TO PANIC. IT'S EASY. YOU CAN DO BOTH THING IN 1hr
