This car absolutely have a manufacturer defects. You have to write an official complaints to the car dealer. If the breakdown is major which mean engine, transmission gear, wirings or any parts that can cause danger and not safety nor mulfunctioning such as breaking system, ABS, airbags, power steering etc. you can get replacement for free of charge even the engine the will replace for you for free during the warranty period and if its keep give an headache such as breakdown, you have a right to get a new replacement of the brand new crv. Write an official complaints before its too late. Cheerss..

yes we are talking to Honda and we are getting them to fix it. However it keeps breaking down and it's a pain, we didn't buy a new car so it can be in the shop the whole time, so that's why I wondered if there was a lemon law, in North America you can take your vehicle back if it continues to breakdown after you bought it... even if it is old, ie 5 yrs old.

As long as it is brand new,

Then the car is under warrenty,

so all you need to do is to go the sevice center and they will fix it up for you...

remember: it is free for 1000 km and 5000km...

to my best of knowledge,

yet nothing will be done if you dont take it there!
