YESTERDAY WHILE APPLYING FOR ACCIDENT CLAIM WITH A REOUTED INSURANCE COMPANY, I WAS ASKED TO PAY 30% OF SPARE PARTS VALUE INSTEAD OF GIVING ME NO CLAIM BONUS AS I DID NOT HAVE ANY ACCIDENT CLAIMS FROM BEGINING SINCE LAST 3 YEARS. I ALSO HAD TO PAY QR. 350FOR ACCIDENT CLAIM FEES.
