I have a tiny chip on my vehicle windscreen probably from a stone or something . Believe there is a windscreen repair kit made of some kind of resin that can reduce the appearance of the chip and prevent further spread . Can anyone help with whether this is available locally and where ?

I never heard of such repair kit before; however it had happened to my car and, with time it spreaded and I have to replace the whole windscreen after 3 years of first appearance.

I agree. I brought a kit back form UK a couple of years ago and it is not easy to do and my lack of experience meant the repair was not effective.

If you inist to do it your self, google it and order on line but may be problems at customs.......
