Provision working in night shift

As informed by HR personal

As per Qatar law it is very clear that no one can work more than 300 hrs working (Which including OT) in day time and at least 2 Friday need to take rest.

But if it is true , then what is the provision for one who work continuesly night shift with out any other benifit/facility.

Please can u advice..
