Disappointing Experience with LULU Online Store
I recently had a disappointing experience with LULU Online Store, and I feel compelled to share my concerns.
I placed an order for a 65-inch TV on January 30th, and after eagerly waiting for my purchase, After 4 days, I received an email stating that my order had been canceled due to the item being out of stock. What baffles me is that the cancellation occurred without any prior notification or attempt to contact me.
It's disheartening to have a company accept an order, only to later claim that the item is out of stock. This raises questions about their inventory management and communication processes. As a loyal customer, I expected a more transparent and customer-friendly approach.
I reached out to their customer care team, seeking clarification on the situation, but unfortunately, the response left much to be desired. The lack of information and the abrupt cancellation have left me with a sense of frustration and disappointment.
