A baker told me recently that there is a good souq off Salwa Road for buying bread flour, and, I suppose, other things in general for baking and cooking. I have forgotten the name of the souq and can't seem to locate it on Google Maps.

Might anyone know of this souq, or another good place to buy bread flour in Doha?
