hello i bought a car 1 year ago 150k km and i sold it 175 km 1 week ago

i never bring ar to main service. new owner bring it service and they mention on 2021 milage was 260k.

and i retake car from him. i want to complain previous owner . any one had that kind of cases before ?

how can i solve that problem? thanks
