Qtel cant help in this matter only Consolidated Gulf Company the dealers of Nokia can unlock

take it to Consolidated Gulf Company, i think they can open up your 3G phone, they are the Authorized Dealer of Nokia phones here. and I think that Q-Tel also help how to open that. I'll jope this will help.
