Anyone know anything about the empty shopping complex in the Souqs?

Can anyone tell me the story behind the empty shopping complex in the souqs, just behind the QNB main office?
It's called "City C. Centre" and looks to be a fairly recent building, and a couple of the shops seem to have been occupied in the past.
There's a multi-storey car park on the top of the complex, with a few abandoned cars in there too.
I find it intriguing, and a little spooky too...
Thanks! That makes me all the more determined to get in and have a look around. Doha urbex!
Seems strange, though: On some of the upper levels of the car park it appears that the walls and pillars have been recently painted, and there's a lot of tins of paint stacked up. Maybe they've been there ten years or more.
Glad I didn't try the elevators now, though.
I wonder why the parking hasn't been sealed off?
The empty shopping complex behind the main QNB and Qatr Central Bank has been there for more than ten years now, as far as I can remember. It is a condemned building and has been classified as "unsafe" since it didn't passed the criteria specified by the government buildings specifications. I think the construction companies tried to duped the owner of the buildingand used cheap materials in building it. If you go inside the ground level parking, there were cracks on the ground and on the walls, and it was just neww then, what more now after many, many years.
