baby dead or alive

i received attachment from a friend but there is no comments.. i call her up and ask if what happened with the baby, even her she can not say anthing. She informed me,, it was forwarded to her also by unknown. the title in the message is :Infront of Lulu Hypermarket.
1. Is the baby thrown outside after birth?
2. Is the mother gave birth outside and no other garment to use except
cellophiene that she just grab.
3. Is this true? or some kind of joke of hitech people who can make
pictures like real? Why they choose to use cellophiene of luluhyper.
4.is the baby still alive?
5. Im tired tracing the source of this pics. My heart beating fast.

I am interested to ask if still allive or not. If they want they can give to me.

Guys, what you think? Is that a proper way to deliver a baby????
I can not understand what i am feeling upon watching that picture.

That poor little boy. RIP. It does not matter which country it is in; this is just so bloody sad. The child looking at the picture was born dead.

I do hope this little boys mother is OK and this sad predicament is not a hard burden for her to carry.

I will hoist that up the flag pole and see who salutes it!!

IT IS REPOSTED. WE KNEW ABOUT IT SAME DAY IT HAPPENNED. BUT STILL FEEL SO SORRY AND SAD FOR THIS BABY. THEY FOUND HIM SO DEAD INFRONT OF LULU. GOD FORGIVE HIS MOM. NO1 KNOWS WHY SHE DID THAT. WE ARE NOT GOD TO JUDGE HER OR BLAME HER....HOPE SUCH THINGS WONT HAPPEN AGAIN HERE AND IN ANY COUNTRY.

Sadly, this type of thing occurs all over the world. The reasons are many, including those that you mentioned..

Could be an unwanted pregnancy, lack of support from family / partner or just depression on the part of the mother..

pointless us jumping to conclsions and blaming the society or individuals , till we know the facts.\

Let us just hope and pray that both the baby and mother get the help and support they need and that if at all possible, the baby and mother are re-united.

I think there is a possibility that it could have been an emergency delivery. the fact that the baby is relatvily clean is one reason, most babys are slimly and bloody when they first pop out this baby looks to clean. They may have just used the plastic bag so as not to get blood on the jumper its laying on.

what if it was just an emergency birth and not an abandoned baby....it does look fine, even with the afterbirth attached...

I however feel sad to think of those babies that are abandoned due to fear of retribution of the lawmakers. Yes, she had 9 months to make a decision but abortion is also illegal in most countries around here. So if she can't terminate the pregnancy and she can't leave the country, what is she supposed to do..and WHERE is the father, as he's just as guilty as she was because it takes TWO to get pregnant... or was he just a sperm donor???

By Scarlett• 29 Jan 2008 20:44

know it sounds rather weird, but some women really don't know when their due date is, and delivery can, and does, happen at the weirdest places and times...perhaps she was early and caught off guard...As far as if you were speaking of why didn't she go to another country?? finances would be my guess, or rather LACK of finances to get out of any of the countries that might arrest her for being pregnant in the first place.

I don't know If you guys have noticed the plastic wrapper has some Arabic letters printed inside.

If you could make up something out of it in understanding the letters in the plastic wrapper , then you will probably, narrow it down to what region the baby is coming from.

Hopefully is not Doha!

Yes, I feel very sad for the mother and the baby. That baby should had a fair chance in life.

you're right. That's why if we come to know a friend unmarried one, young and no family, we need to hug them and advise them. we will inform them the best and goos solution... we show them that we are on her back supporting her. and accept the fact that she is pregnant already, but we need to do solutions to save her baby and to save her also(maybe she will commit suicide)...

we need to tell them that we understood her situation (as pregnant) and we show them that there are still hope in other solutions.... not to abandon the child anywhere...

Any problem in life, there are solutions...God is there, He knows what is for us and what is intended for us. He will not give task that he knows we can not do.

there was a very distressing case years ago of a school girl dying whilst giving birth at night in a grave yard in Ireland.

As gypsy said with such a stigma and legal issues put on children out of wedlock then we can't judge the mother. We don't know the circumstances of the conception or the mother's personal or situation or the father's.

The distress of the situation is immense.

We need to advise ladies who are getting pregnant out of wedluck, if u are...please, friends that you can trust is there to help you..if you don't have family in ur country, the family of that friend is there ready to help u ,,,,to make up the sin you did by doing the responsibilities as a mother....

I cannot give any comments on the mother since we don't know her case. But whatever the reason, i personally feel she should have not left the baby like this .... there were so many ways she could have saved the baby's life without her been identified !

But for sure she has done this since she knew that this is an Islamic state and in Islam having a child out of wedlock is a sin.

When this happens in other coutries Nadt, it's usually for the same reason, either fear of disownment from a strict family, poverty and very rarely lack of maternal instinct.

This is really terrible to see. God bless that baby..Gypsy your right this is the result of the law against unwed mothers here but also this also happens any many other countries, even western countries where mothers that dont belong to any religous group, abandon their babies and some even kill and hide their infants so no one knows. It is hard to judge what is going through a mothers head, and sadly a lot of infants suffer the consequences..My heart goes out to this infant....

Just to answer some of your questions retahnam:

"The mother afraid to love her baby"- It is illegal in this country to have a child out of wedlock, the mother faces imprisonment and deportation if she is found to be pregnant or have a child out of wedlock.

"...why that baby needs to go back." - It is not a citzen of this country (or if it is we don't know) and therefore does not have any rights or privledges in this country. It is an illegal immigrant.

"The mother can not do her responsibilities as a mother (why she did not go home and come back after she give birth?" - The mother is probably poor and alone. For all we know she is a victim of rape by her sponsor or employer (worst case scenario), or is a teenager. She can probably not afford to go home and come back, and if she was found out, depending on her nationality she would either be deported immdiately and barred from coming back, jailed and quite possibly (if she is Muslim) lashed after the baby is born.

If she comes back the child would not be allowed to come with her as she probably does not earn enough to sponsor the child, which means she will have to abandon it in her home country (if she has no family willing to take an out of wedlock baby).

"Or maybe the mother really dont like to be a mother..."- Possibly. Fear, youth, hormones, many things can cause a woman to loose her maternal instinct.

If he is planning to thwor the baby, atleast he buy new blanket and wrap the baby(that new blanket will not shows that its from her.

The mother afraid to love her baby...why that baby needs to go back.

The mother can not do her responsibilities as a mother (why she did not go home and come back after she give birth?

Or maybe the mother really dont like to be a mother...

Let that baby grow to the other who cares... I knew the mother also feels so bad about what happen to her baby but why she did that...9months, enough time to think what are the possible solutions...

How sad that anyone would feel so desperate. In this picture, the baby looks alive, his skin colour, lips and fingers are so pink. Unless this was taken immediately after he died. Babies do tend to lose their colour very quickly, even when they are sick so let's hope he is alive and will be adopted to kind and loving parents. Or better still, reunited with his birth parents if that is appropriate. I hope that this picture doesn't "do the rounds" to everyone's email too much, what a start in life.

Mila, we can't begin to know what the mother's situation is. My guess is that she became pregnant out of wedlock and chose to abandon her baby so that it could be adopted or put in an orphanage rather then give birth in a prison cell or be deported back to her country where she would lose her livelyhood.
