Best supermarket foods

So everyone, good morning and let's begin yet another forum about the second most important thing in life: Food.
This time let's list our favorite supermarkets, diets, brands and favorite normal and diet products.
I have only been here for 2 months and I only went to carrefours (all of them are the same as far as i could tell), Lulu and my local supermarkets.
I haven't tried a lot of things yet, so I thought I'd give the more experienced residents a chance to share their thoughts first :)

Dasman Centre on airport road is OK

Lulu have great fresh veg.

Family Food spice section is phenomenal!

Giant near Sana is crap.

If anyone can tell me where to buy Indonesian Sambal sauce I'd be grateful. Hmmm, Mei Goreng :o)

Did you Google it first?

There are several Family Food Centres, Food Palaces etc. that carry things that you won't find in Carrefour. For some European/South African/and North American things - Megamart often carries things that other stores don't. Giant will sometimes get shipments in of Northa American items as well. Philipino food items are also found in all of the above named stores.

I just wish I could do one stop shopping instead of visiting 2 or 3 stores to get everything on my list.
