Beware about German Car Inspection
Dear QL Users,
As I experienced, I carried out inspection for my car and the Technician who makes checkup for chases, he suspect that there is a slight bend on Chases due to lack of his knowledge.
Then he called his superior for second opinion and he found it was OK, then again he called his Chief Inspector for final opinion, he also found it is OK and he was shameful as his Chief Inspector insulted him.
But he was still disagree with their findings!!!
Due to his misunderstanding, and unprofessionalism, I lost that customer who agreed to buy my car. I was 100% sure that there is no problem in my car as I was the first owner…
Then I got another customer and we carried out inspection from another center, they found my car is perfect no accident at all…..
So, what is the benefit I got from German Car Inspection, I lost a deal as it was the best offer I got for my car!!!
Moreover, there are many cases reported that when they connect your car engine with their computer, it may create some technical problems for some types of cars.
Secondly, their road test is fully show-off and it causes lot of issues for your car.
So, I kindly advise you to avoid German Car Inspection for checking your car whether you are selling or buying. Good Luck to all...
I have Pajero 2015 , when the inspection same shop at salwa road. I have 100 history and my car fully maintained at Mitsubishi service center. I have never changed any single item for car , only mounting one time. When i received the report from them .I was surprised , even not expect the such report. I lost the customer, which is not a problem for me, because i am not interested to sell it. But i want to know why government not taken any action against them. My suggestion to all new customer who want to purchase and sell the car, do move this car center , try from alternative. Any way i will chech with another car center. I will raise the case against them .Even my speedometer wire they also dame in my car by them, which was working perfectly.
We go to the German Car in Salwa road for the Inspection of BMW 7series, They did all the tests including computer test but the issue is nobody knows from them to interpret/explain the reading from their computer itself. WTH...
Good Evening, i have also lost a sale on my car due to the inspector at german car inspection reporting that my engine has been opened, i am the first owner and know they are talking rubbish. The rest of the report makes my car look like it it should not be working and yet Where can i go for an honest report? The rest of the report makes my car look so bad but i did Istimara in July with no faults.

Very Unprofessional Technicians are in "German Auto Specialist Center" in Salwa Road South,Doha,Qatar Address and mostly they are "picking their fingers to others' nose" as well.What they are telling to the buyer to reduce price of the vehicle in which this is non of their business as well.No any Good English speaker to communicate their matters with customers too.
The road test is irritating and your brake system will be damaged without reason and speeding 100 Km/hr and jamming the brake paddle suddenly in the Tared-road.This is a wrong mechanical system and your tyres will be damaged withing shorter period of time due to damn testing.
Do Not go to the unprofessional Technicians and surely your customers will be mislead by them,

Sulieman just said to me, "I took my Tiida to the workshop and was worried that the mechanic was going to rip me off. but it was okay, all I needed was indicator fluid."
If you really want to burn your money go to German Computer Check in Salwa Road, the one with two car lifters and the colors of german flag in the local name.
These people don't speak a single word in English, very hard to understand what is going on with the car you want to buy. The fellow that make a road test of the car drove it like if he is willing to die, he doesn't care I was inside with him, he reach like 100 km/h in the night with the ligths off and he brake the car very close to the speed hum at that speed. After he ask me for a good tip if I want to know what is the real problem of the car that I wanna buy. What is this? I have to pay tips only for this guy do the job that I already paid.
Very hard for non Arabic Speakers, they treat the customers really bad.
Can anybody advise me a reliable computerized car inspection centre?
Another major irony is that, the computer car checkers advise the buyers to get reduction of price in order to fix up the faults identified by them, which is totally unprofessional and unethical, as their job is only to check the car and that's all. In most of the cases, one can see fights going on between the buyers and sellers due to ill advice of these so called computer checking shops. Regulation is needed to regulate their work ethics.

i agree with you. very unprofessional. there is hardly anyone who could explain the cars condition in English.
