Buying on line US goods and shipping to Qatar

Is somebody have good experience with shipping goods to qatar from US online shops which are not delivering to Qatar.
I know it's possible to use Address in US and get it shipped to Qatar by some company (amforward, myaddressus, ...). But shipping fees are not so clear. It looks it depends on package dimension. Is there anybody having good experience on it?

Shop and ship from Aramex. Worked for me so far, the fees are acceptable, service has been well so far (even though I saw that many people complain). The only thing that I still couldn't get shipped was a Mac (from the States). But an iPhone 5 shipped from UK with no problem....
