tHERE IS ONE INSIDE vILLAGIO . I TRIED HOT POT, BUT YOU HAVE OTHER OPTIONS ...VEGETABLES , RICE , NOODLES AND SO ON...
ALSO BEIJING RESTAURANT ON AL SAAD ROAD , IT`S VERY GOOD !

there used to be tacobell in Doha, but closed down.
There's also a Tex-Mex restaurant called "Salsa" at the Marriott. Great food and ambience, but pricey.
there is chinese restaurant in City Centre call Shanghai Garden, the Great Wall in The Centre, and Beijing Chinese Restaurant in Salwa Road just opposite the centre.
For mexican restaurant the only place is know is Paloma in Intercontinental Hotel.
Probably others can help.
