Hi Guys, ok i guess i should stop double posting but ENTRIElY a different subject. Is clothing expensive in Qatar or expensive? (Would be great if someone can comapre this with UK). Many thanks.

i disagree not very expensive if you shop during sales times...some great bargains to be had....

In answer to your Q. I would say everything here is expensive. If it is not costing you a fortune it'll be because it's junk. But..there is a market for it, so... Labelled clothing is more expensive than in Italy!! It is cheaper to purchase goods on the web and have it shipped in. Eg. A box of Shreddies breakfast cerial will cost £4+ here. Before some smart a£*se tells me, I know I don't have to buy such items!

Get you stuff from wherever it is you live BEFORE you come to Qatar.

Yes, exUK a long time ago!

Mothercare is here, as well as Next, M+S, Debenhams etc, but I find their stuff expensive. No Burtons.

hahahahaha brilliant mate! i'm not really much of a brand person but wouldn't mind buying a thing or two which catches an eye if you know what i mean :o)I reckon you from UK yeah? are branded stuff like Next or Burton available in Qatar? or stuff from Mothercare? are these brands expensive because if not then most of the weekends i'm down there shopping for me own self :oD
