CO2 Air Cartridges for Seltzer Water Bottles

Due to the recent rise in price of carbonated beverages (among other items deemed unhealthy), I need to purchase CO2 air cartridges for a sletzer water bottle to make my own carbonated water. I have tried importing 200 cartridges from both China and the U.S., but air transport is not allowed for these cartridges.

Might anyone know of a good way to purchase a bulk supply of these CO2 cartridges?
