I know that in Dubai they have something like that, it's basically big containers filled with unwanted designer items that were not sold even after the sale season, they sell them at the fraction of the price.

I'm guessing they must have something similar to store the unwanted clothes before shipping them back to where they're from, anyone know if such thing exsit in Qatar?

it gets reported only to a specific group of people. thats how the stuff in villagio was sold a few months back.
