Prices of shopping items here are high if you compare to other countries.. what they do is they double the price of the item or multiply it by 1.5, then put a 50% discount on it during sale... lol... so pretty much you don't get a discount on sale..

No sale in HomeCenter at the moment. I was shopping there yesterday and no sale at all :( Not happy! They also just had a sale of 20% off all your bill but it was not announced officially.

Yup I saw it...i agree with Hawk10 but sometimes u really get real deals.I saw one dress at Monsoons for 450 Qrs but when last month they had sale I got the same dress for 205 Qrs..I consider it a great deal...sometimes u r lucky enough to get it in time...just u have to have a good eye and patience...

Once they collect enough superseded, defective, cut sizes and downgraded items. Instead of throwing it out, they will announce SALE, which still gets them 20% profit. Most of the places announce BUY ONE GET ONE FREE but still they have enough profit, you can imagine, how much will be the real profit they are getting in normal sale season. Just looting the customers with their brands, as they have monopoly. Ramadan is good business season, so we can expect it end of Ramadan. Your guess is right.
