Hi,

The electronic BP apparatus is available in most pharmacies and big supermarkets...Panasonic,Braun etc are common brands..The ones that are used on the upper arm are usually more accurate. make sure you follow the instructions carefully. cost 200 qr up..

Haroon Sahib,

I bought automatic blood pressure monitor "Microlife".This device detects also irregular heart beats during blood pressure measurement.It is cuff cover type not a wrist type.

Iam using it regularly I found it the best, 2 years before it was QR.450.
