Hi i purchased an item from US thru USPS service.they said it will reach within 10 days.I have the tracking number.it has not yet reached.someone said to call GENERAL POST OFFICE(GPO).can anyone give me the GENERAL POST OFFICE NUMBER.From where can i find out where the parcel is exactly?

the parcel was sent on 20/06 /11 thru usps express service.they said i ll get the parcel within 10 days.i have the tracking number also,but its not showing any details about it in Q-POST.wil it come thru FEDEX. do all the parcel comes to Q-POST first n from there goes to the concerned aramex,fedex,dhl offices,or goes from customs to respective parcel offices directly?
