Hiya!

I was looking for a pre-paid credit card to buy somestuff online from ebay and such websites, then I heard about an online Pre-paid card offered by IBQ and Virgin megastore called "spooky" I think.

Anyway, Does anyone have any idea about this card? like what are the fees and should I have a bank account?

- BTW: I've tried to google it, but seems it's a bit of a secret or something.. *spooky* -

The IBQ and Virgin Pre-paid card is no longer available from IBQ.
