Samsung the worst in the world.
Buy for 1000 riyals any product. If any problem service for 2000 riyals.

Really worst about it.

I bought a samsung dvd recorder before 1 year and a half.
It started giving problems, like hanging and dvd player stopped working, not ejecting out.

When i went to give for service in the service show room in bin mahmoud, after attnding they said only dvd player is made ok. That is charged for 800 riyals. The dvd recorder when i bought new was only 1200 riyals.

See how much they loot, still my hard disk in the recorder is not attended even. For attending that they said it costs 900 riyals.

See how much they loot.

Dont go for samsung products.

My humble advise to all our qatar living members. Do not get cheated with good prices now. Later u need to pay as interest rate of what u bought for.

..that means they have still not changed. Not only the service the products itself have always been substandard. Their advertising budget far exceeds their product development and R&D budget.

Todays tech is low price... higher repair price...

Its better to buy a new one.

Its the same with all the brand. The cost of labour is higher than the parts.... almost!
