Can I take it you are looking for a "comforter" as they seem to be called out here?

Cotton covers are available at all the shops listed in these replies and go over a cotton duvet.

I would suggest go to Souq in local market and ask them to fabricate accotding to your choice of cloth, size and cotton. I asked them to do my mattress. I am using cotton mattress. Very Comfortable.

For duvets & pillows -- pure cotton with down-- go to either Centre, Salaam or Blue Salon.

Ofcourse there are also many cotton bedcovers from India. In the Centre they have this new shop called Fabindia.

in a shop called heirloom opposite bombay silk...they have lovely ones from india for around 300 qar

me saw some good one's in bhs in landmark why dont you go there and try.
