SAFARI MALL bad

safari mall sucks! compare to safari hypermarket, staff in safari mall have no respect specially supervisors in counter dont know how to handle customer complain, idiots! they kip customer waiting! also the security guards very bad! i rather go to safari hyper, old but good customer service specially now they put female staff, very nice at least girls hir knows how to say "thank u" to customers. very accomodating :-) i hope also male staff. keep up the good work safari hyper..

My brother went once to Safari Mall (the new one) with his family. While shopping he saw huge rat running and he informed the staff there. Since then he never went and so do I.

Was surprised how the new mall got rat problem. Hope they have fixed it.

i go in safari maal taking goods security looking me i looking security asked security where go to exchange he telling me go left and go the right and thanking security going inside bye goods come out go in the car go to home.

but i had no problems until now
