i want to ask if any shipment company here in qatar takes taxes or costums or any money due to deliver somthing you already buy from the internet ??

second question : is paypal allow qatar to recieve money ?

Taxes, I don't think so.

I tried many times ordering items from the net especially electronics without any additional cost for tax except the shipping cost which will be also paid to the seller of the item. because obviously he will the one who will send the related items to your destination.
