You can get it in Naz Stores on old airport road.
Try in old airport there's a shop in-front of habeeb restaurant.
Usually all shopping malls and hypermarkets sells Christmas tree. But to buy it on July or August will be hard pressed. Try to speak with some managers of the stores, maybe they have old stocks which they can sell to you.
In all the malls started 2 months before Christmas.
