Washing hands after touching currency notes
While travelling we often go to a fast food for a burger or a sandwich and take it from the counter while giving them the currency bill which is often dirty! You never know what the person before you was doing with that note and with what hands he touched it.
I try to grab it with the tissue wrapped around it but I have observed sometimes that due to shortage of staff the same guy wearing latex gloves using the same gloves to handle food and to take the cash.
So is it any good to use hand sanitizer or wash your hands when the food is handled by a cash sales guy?
You are so right.. If you've ever been to a pole dancing bar, you'd never touch the notes again.... :O(

Currency notes are some of the filthiest objects around. Read a newspaper article about a bunch of scientists picked random US banknotes and examined them for bacteria, etc. Much of it had microscopic traces of illegal drugs and the variety and number of bacteria was similar to a public toilet seat. People at the register should DEFINITELY not be touching the food and you should be careful after getting your change back.

Well, I think we need to be exposed to bacteria to become immune to it. As simple as that. Being too clean is unhealthy.

U can just request not to touch the food with his dirty hands. I would do.My health is more important than what i would look like in-front of the casheer.
He may say "Thats not my bacterium, The bacteria is free to go anywhere it wishes!"
U could refuse to eat it and ask for another sandwich,just explain that u are not happy to eat someones bacterias and pay for that!
