Watch out ecco shoes its terrible....
plz Be aware when buying any shoes from ecco store in shoe mart I had a very bad experience with their products, I got a sports shoes 2 months back with a high price (QR 450) as compared to other brands with same quality or even better, but i was believing that ecco is a good brand but unfortunately the pair got damaged from the bottom (torn off) due to normal use ( walking & running) no heavy sports were practiced and this was in less than 2 months use, despite the warranty they gave for 3 months when I bought it when i brought the pair back to them in the store to check it they said ok we have to check with the head office in UAE and told me they will contact me in 2 weeks..4 weeks passed no answer and when i contacted them they said "sorry we cant do anything for u, no answer from management and may b its a mistake in production line u can come and take back ur pair we cannot even fix it so..." I hanged the line off.
Resume: poor products poor service, only strong marketing to cheat.
Old topic, similar issues. I dont know if they are fake or not, but the are frauds. I have experienced ''discount tricks'' when you pick the pair, go to pay, and suddenly...just that pair is off the discount from that morning.
Pity for Ecco whose shoes are among the best to loose customers like that. But, GEOX makes decent shoes as well, don't they!!
Hey guys! My entire footwear collection is from ECCO, formals and casuals. Have purchased six pairs feeling great comfort and value for money. Almost, narrowed my shoes collection with ECCO. Waiting for their new collection this year.
at Gambler- Did you know that fake products are harder to detect nowadays? Companies are using original materials to produce shoes, bags, wallets, etc. Just because the brand logo is on the shoes, they will still be able to copy it. Make sure you buy shoes from a licensed retailer shop, and or buy it online from the factory website.
What I like to do is go check out the product at the retail store, write down the model name and then look it up online. Therefore you know what exactly you are getting.

ECCO is a great shoe. There could be an exception but I suspect "knock offs", counterfeits.
I don't think its fake because all the original company trade marks are there on the shoes and I got it from the ecco store in centerpoint itself not from any other trader. I even wrote to the mother company from day 1 but no reply even.
My aim is not getting back a new pair or get my money back i don't care but what i care about is to stop such cheaters to fool people and they are becoming lots in the market
i had the same problem 6 monthago i bought a black leather choes after sale become 750 rq trust me the shoes become like those shoes 30 rial i brought it to thems they told me after 3 days we will give u an answer after 1 month no answer i went to the stor in centrepoint the just clean it and make it worse the lettre ecco written in different color become black and they said we can not do anything .....we need may be too write a complain to the mother compagnie
i have had a bad experience with one of their shoes. Felt pain in one foot right from day one. However, when i took it back, the "ECCO salesman" listened to the problem patiently, offered sending it to the factor for adjustment, after which it was still hurting so he offered me a new fresh pair. So make sure you are talking to the ecco guy and not the shoemart guy. Go to asmakh mall.
Nevertheless, for me even the new shoe had a slight problem, which i am still wearing, so am not going to buy ecco again. Even though i adore their designs. I guess the brand just dosen't suit everyone.
I think the shop/store more than the brand is responsible for selling fake. Which means you run the risk of coming out of the shop with a look-alike of any major brand not only Ecco. Even being within the warranty period, the after sales has been pathetic confirming they know what they are doing. Stop going there, I have already...
probably fakes, even lacoste at villagio was fined for selling fake products.
I think they may be fake. I had a pair of boots once from ecco and I wore them for years. I couldn't believe how long they lasted.

I suggest you should write to Ecco Company. Dont leave your rights
better not to go there even
